Xmas Prep Time!

Every Christmas we eat Arancini and it's one of my favorite foods. The whole family came to our house today and we set up an assembly line. Even though Arancini's are soo good they are A LOT of work! You have to make the meat sauce, then the rice, then you have to assemble it all and then fry it! Corey wasn't in the pic b/c he took the pics and he was our frier! We made 58 of them PLUS everyone had to try one so really about 65 or so! That's a lot of Arancini!





My dad looks like he pissed that we gave him the hardest job!
