More wishes

Whenever one of the kids have an eyelash that is on their face I grab it and say "finger or thumb?"  If they guess the right answer of where the eyelash is, they get to make a wish.  Luca had one today and his wish was "I wish to love you, Papa and Olivia forever!"  I had to write it down to put in their book.  Sweetest thing ever!

Hershey Park!!!

I think it's so awesome that Olivia told us a few weeks before her Birthday that when she was going to blow out her candles she was going to wish to go to "Chocolate City." I think the reason why she said that was because Luca's wish on his Birthday was to go to Gotham City. Olivia loves chocolate so she assumed there was a Chocolate City. Corey and I talked about how we should take them to Hershey Park. Later on, Corey's new employer had an Employee Summit and it was family-friendly and was held at Hershey Park just 2 days after her Birthday so we were all invited! It was soo nice. What is also cool is that my cousin is getting married in March in NYC so Luca's wish will come true, too!

Here we are at the hotel. The sheets even have Hershey Kisses, can you see it?
When we arrived they had a big dinner at the hotel for the employees and the Hershey and Reese Chocolate caricatures were there for the kids. They also had a separate buffet that was kid-friendly foods. It was so reassuring knowing that Corey made the right decision to work for this company.
Olivia was in heaven when they had Hershey Chocolate Cake!
Getting comfy at the Hotel Lobby.  After dinner, they gave us tickets to do a preview of the park from 7pm to 10pm.
We were waiting for Corey so the kids kept taking pictures of eachother while we were waiting.  Olivia took this one of Luca and I.
Luca took this one of Olivia and I.  I guess I should just have the kids take more pictures so I will be in more of them! :)
The following day they had a breakfast for all the families and then Corey had training from 9am to 3pm and the spouses and kids got tickets for the park.  We've never been to this park and the kids and Corey & I LOVED it.
They were the perfect age and there was plenty of rides and the lines were not long at all.
Luca looks like he's getting older.  I still am in shock that he will start in Kindergarten in just a couple of months.
The kids loved all the chocolate guys!
Milk Duds are one of my favorite.
THe kids would spot a character and would say take a picture.  I think they wanted a picture with everyone!
I didn't know Jolly Ranchers were part of Hersheys.
I love this picture.
This one, too.
They had the BEST waterpark.  I like this amusement park because it's always hot when you stand in line, this one had an amazing water park section that was included and there was a lazy river, kiddie wave pools, slides for kids, it was awesome!

The sweetest thing is after the training was over everyone met at the designated area for dinner and they had two cakes one for Olivia and one for a boy named Max who just had a birthday.  Olivia was so happy when about 200 people were singing Happy Birthday to her!

I love this picture! I know we usually make a pretty big deal out of her Birthday every year, but I hope she doesn't think this is normal! :)
So happy! Luca said "this is the best day ever!"

Olivia's 4th Birthday!

I have a lot to catch up on with Olivia's Birthday and a huge surprise little mini vacation we had for her, too!  We just got back so I will have to post pictures later, but I wanted to remember some fun things she said.

Olivia opened one of her presents which was a bag that you could color and she said "I finally got my own purse!"  She was ecstatic!

Luca made a wish the other day "I wish never to be an old man."

How did my sweet baby girl turn 4?  Her Birthday present from me was to get pampered at Sweet N' Sassy!  I've always wanted to take her there and we went there about 3 years ago to get her 1st haircut but she didn't enjoy it at all she was too young.  This time she LOVED it.

Here's her mani and she picked out the colors herself.  So cute how they matched perfectly with her bracelet.
 She was soo happy!
 Drying her nails.
Gabri came and was going to watch and then once she saw Olivia get a manicure she wanted one, too. So my sister let her get one.  I love how she watches her nails get dry.
Olivia got to pick out of a book how she wanted her hairstyled.  I was hoping she was going to do an up-do, but once she saw the side braid she wanted it because she always wants her hair to look like Repunzel.
 Happy Happy girl!
 On the runway with Gabri!
 She loved the runway.
Right after she got all dolled up we went to her party which was on her actual Birthday (Tuesday).  The party was scheduled for 12:30 at a church that has this section to rent out for parties which is really nice called Central Park.  We arrived to set up at Noon and I called because no one was there.  They told me someone would unlock the doors at 12:15, I just had this bad feeling because they typically don't do parties on weekdays but they said they would for the summer. It was 12:30 and still no one showed up, I was panicking as guests were arriving so I told Corey to jump over the glass wall and unlock the door.  He did!  So while we waited that 1st half hour we took some pictures.
 Uncle Leo and Olivia
Olivia's Barbie cake, cupcakes and the favors.

Here's Owen, they are too cute together.

Olivia wished to go to "Chocolate City"  I believe she wished that because Luca's wish on his Bday was to go to "Gotham City."  We were so lucky because Corey's new job had an Employee Summit.  Their headquarters is located in Lancaster, Pennsylavania and the Summit was held at Hershey Park.  It was a family-friendly event and it was PERFECT because Olivia got her wish and we got to have a nice little mini-family vacation for FREE!  I will post those pictures tomorrow.  It was soo much fun!

I had these silly little glasses in the favor bags.  It was a hit with the kids!
 Everyone at the party!
I love taking an annual picture of all the cousins every year on Olivia's Birthday.  It's fun to watch them all grow each year.
 Luca wearing the silly glasses!
 Zia and Gabri!
