Just warning you this is going to be the longest blog post ever! :)
Packed and super excited to go to "The Castle!" We bought a new point and shoot camera since I didn't want to bring my good camera with me and I'm trying to figure out how to remove the stupid date stamped on the photo - how annoying!
This was Olivia's 1st ride on the airplane.
They were so good on the airplane even with lots of turbulence. Their favorite part was the "blast off."
Luca sat like this pretty much the entire flight.
Our flight was delayed! We originally were supposed to leave at 3:20 and arrive at 5:30 but with the delays and by the time we got our car rental and checked into our room is was after 8 and the kids didn't eat any dinner! They of course had tons of snacks but they typically sleep at 7:30 so they were tired and hungry. This shows how happy Olivia is to finally get some food in her belly!
They shared a room which meant they didn't go to sleep until about 9:30pm because they kept playing with each other.
Luca was excited to sleep in the same room as Olivia.

Our 1st day we went to visit Nonna and Nonno and dropped the kids off so Corey and I could go back to our resort and enjoy a couple of kid-free vacation days!
Since my parents didn't get to celebrate Luca's Bday with him my Mom baked him a cake he was excited even though he didn't eat any of it - he said he only likes cupcakes?
My Mom made the kids these Easter Basket cookies with a boiled egg in it. It's an Italian cookie and Olivia just loved it!

We really had a great experience at Disney. The staff was amazing and the lines/crowds weren't so bad being that it was spring break.

It was HOT so we got them a cool treat to cool off.

We had a fast pass to meet the princesses at 8:15 but at 8pm Olivia had a meltdown and we decided it was time to go home. She passed out in the car she was exhausted!
Luca passed out shortly afterward, too.
The place we are staying at is very kid friendly. This pool is great because it's only a foot deep and had the little water spouts the kids loved.
Corey and I liked this pool because we were able to relax and watch the kids at the same time. Plus this pool wasn't crowded at all! They had the pool to themselves for most of the 4 hours we were there.
They also have 2 playgrounds at the resort!
And a kids club in the Clubhouse!
The resort has a ton of activities and one of them was Texas Hold Em Poker Tournament, so Corey played and won! He was hoping to win $$ but instead he won a half day Cabana rental at the resort. We used it today and the kids LOVED it!

This is at the main pool with a big kids area. Not as relaxing for the parents like the other pool, but the kids liked this one, too!

Our resort was really close to the outlet malls which they had some really nice upper end stores like Burberry, Tag, and a ton of other high end stores. The kids were great but I could tell they were really tired. And that is the end of our trip! It went by fast. As we were walking from the pool Luca said something like "you're the best, Papa! You, too, Mamma!" It's pretty clear they had an amazing vacation!
